"I was sleeved 6-25-2020 so I'm new to this lifestyle and still learning daily. This symposium was BEYOND amazing to get input from so many DIFFERENT professionals that we don't have access to all the time and being able to hear them talk and have an open floor to ask questions at the end of the talk was so amazing. It felt like they were right in front of us and there was no gap in space. I learned so much more about being able to push myself in my workouts from Nancy and also learned how to develop my own fun workout plan from Sean. I can't wait for next year. If I could register right now I would! Thank you <3"

Jennifer G.

Kristin's fantastic symposium provided the tools I will need to stay on track. SO worth the investment of time and money. Thanks to all the presenters, who kept it real and offered hope!"
